1How old do you have to be to rent a Jetski?
You must be a minimum of 16 years old to rent a Jetski.
2What time should I come to my booking?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled booking.
3What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel less than 24 Hours before your booking or no show, your safety deposit will NOT be refunded, Unless rescheduled for another date and time. Rain Check: If we should have to cancel your booking due to weather conditions, we will reschedule your activity at a time & date that is most convenient for you. In the event we will have to cancel your booking altogether, we will issue you a full refund of the amount paid. Once an Activity has begun, NO REFUND shall be provided for any reason.
4Is there a safety deposit?
Yes! When you make a reservation, we will authorize your credit card for $150 hold and safety deposit.
5When will I receive my safety deposit refund?
Between 5-7 business days after your booking is complete.
6Do you provide life jackets?
Yes!
7Where do I put my phone and personal items during the ride?
On our units, there are waterproof compartments to store small personal items. Please note, that Tamoanchan Rentals is not responsible for any lost, stolen and/or damaged items
8What is the recommended apparel?
You must wear a life jacket provided by "Tamoanchan Rentals". We also recommend that you :
Wear a wetsuit or an appropriately protective swimsuit
Water shoes
Sun Glasses
Neoprene shorts/or any water shorts for women
