Rider(s) must arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled ride time. If the rider does not arrive 10 minutes past their scheduled ride time, the scheduled booking will be cancelled and they will not be allowed to proceed with their scheduled appointment. %50 for your booking will NOT be refunded. However, you will be issued a refund for the safety deposit.

Safety Deposit

A $150 safety deposit will be taken upon booking. Once your ride is complete the safety deposit will be refunded within 5-7 business days. Late vehicle returns over 15 minutes will result in a loss of your safety deposit. If the rider returns the vehicle with any damages or equipment losses, your safety deposit will not be refunded.

No-Show Policy

In the event that the rider(s) does not arrive for their scheduled appointment, the rider(s) forfeits their safety deposit.

Cancellation

If you cancel less than 24 Hours before your booking, your safety deposit will NOT be refunded. Unless rescheduled for another date and time.

Raincheck & Weather

Rider understands and agrees that Personal Watercraft activities and the quality of said experience are directly impacted by the presence of sargassum, weather and sea conditions. Under the circumstances of unfit weather conditions (rain, high winds, hurricanes, tsunami) we will reschedule a raincheck ride at a future date and time, subject to availability. Rentals or Tours are subject to weather delays before and during activity. Once an activity has begun, NO REFUND shall be provided for any reason. If mechanical issues arise,  an extension of time equal to the downtime experience as a result of said mechanical issues. Sargassum is periodically present in the ocean, sometimes clogging the Personal Watercraft intake. Rider(s) will be instructed on how to avoid & safely clear Sargassum from the Personal Watercraft during the safety briefing. Rider(s) acknowledge and accept the risk of Sargassum clogs and understand that NO REFUNDS will be given as a result of these issues. Personal Watercraft riding and tours involve a medium to high amount of physical strength and fitness. 

Apparel and Security Equipment 

You must wear a life jacket provided by Tamoanchan Rentals. We also recommend that you:

• Wear a wetsuit or an appropriately protective swimsuit:
• Water shoes
• Sun Glasses 
• Neoprene shorts
